Obiectivul festivalului este selectia şi promovarea
tinerelor talente în domeniul interpretării muzicii pop ; educarea
sensibilităţii, promovarea actului artistic de calitate; stimularea spiritului
de competiţie , a comunicării si a fair play-ului între participanţi.
Participanţi: Festivalul este deschis
tuturor copiilor si adolescentilor cu
varsta intre 4 si 18+ ani din gradinite, şcoli, palate/ cluburi ale
copiilor (de stat sau private) atat din Romania cat si din strainatate.

Structura
festivalului (concurentii- individual sau duete pot
participa la mai multe sectiuni).Duetele vor fi incadrate la varsta cea mai
mare dintre cei doi.

- Sectiunea Interpretare – pop romanesc- concurentii vor prezenta o piesa romaneasca (cu exceptia
pieselor etno-pop care au sectiune separata) potrivita varstei lor, in
interpretare vocala cu acompaniament numai pe suport digital.
02
-Sectiunea Interpretare –pop
international-concurentii vor prezenta o piesa
din repertoriu
International, in interpretare vocala,numai cu acompaniament pe
suport digital.
Nu se admite acompaniament cu
syntetizatoare,chitari ,drums sau alte instrumente.
Grupe de varsta: 4 – 6 ani, 7 ani, 08 ani , 09 ani , 10 ani ,11 ani, 12 ani ,13
ani,
14 ani , 15 – 18 +ani.
(grupele de varsta pot fi modificate in
functie de numarul participantilor)
03 - Sectiunea - ,,ETNO – POP ’’ (4-18+ ANI)-se pot alcatui
subgrupe de varsta in functie de numarul
concurentilor
- In cadrul acestei sectiuni
pot fi interpretate numai prelucrari dupa piese din folclorul romanesc.

04 - Sectiunea - ,,Muzica Populara ’’ (4-18+ ANI)-se pot
alcatui subgrupe de varsta in functie de
numarul concurentilor.TINUTA OBLIGATORIE (IN COSTUM
POPULAR) SI SPECIFICA ZONEI !
- Piese din folclorul romanesc
cu orchestratie originala ,nu facuta pe syntetizator sau computer.
05- Sectiunea
-,,IDOLUL MEU” – ( imitatie-4-18+ANI)
Concurentul va
trimite videoclipul cu vedeta preferata si cu piesa pe care vrea sa o
interpreteze (aceeasi piesa ca si piesa din videoclip).Piesa trebuie sa
apartina genului Pop.
Videoclipul va fi
proiectat cu videoproiectorul pe un ecran in timp ce concurentul canta. Juriul va analiza evolutia concurentului conform criteriilor
de jurizare de la sectiunea interpretare,precum si in ce masura evolutia
concurentului se apropie de cea a vedetei preferate din punct de vedere costumatie,coafura,prezenta scenica etc.
06 – Sectiunea - CREATIE
(sectiune separata de sectiunea interpretare) :pot participa numai piese
compuse in anul 2015-prime auditii sau nu si sa
apartina genului - Pop.Piesele
participante vor fi trimise pe e-mailul
festivalului: festivalspringstar@gmail.com insotite de acordul
autorului (conform formularului de acord atasat).Piesele participante vor fi
preselectate de un juriu alcatuit din muziceni profesionisti.
07 – Sectiunea –
GRUPURI MICI
Grupuri de la 2 pana la 4 copiii .
Piesele din sectiunea grupuri mici trebuie sa apartina genului - Pop,Etno sau Folcor

PRESELECTIA:

Toţi copiii care doresc să participe la preselecţie vor trimite până la data de
13.03.2017 (INCLUSIV) pe adresa de e-

Fişa de înscriere
completată si semnata cu pixul(nu electronic),in
care se specifica sectiunea la care participa.Pentru fiecare sectiune se
va completa o fisa de
inscriere separata.
- O piesa (pozitiv+negativ) în format MP3 ,si videoclipul obligatoriu (pentru cei care
se inscriu la sectiunea „IDOLUL MEU”).
- O fotografie in
format ( jpeg,jpg)
- copie certificat
de nastere (cei care au mai participat
in festivalurile noastre din anul 2015 nu mai trebuie sa trimita
copie dupa certificat. Piesele admise la preselecţie vor fi prezentate
în concurs, nu se admite schimbarea acestora in timpul concursului.
Negativele
pot conţine voci (backing vocals) inclusiv grup vocal.
CONCURS:
Participanţii admişi în
concurs vor fi anunţaţi de către organizatori
prin e-mail.
Dupa confirmarea prin e-mail a selectiei

TAXA SE VA ACHITA INAINTE DE
CONCURS, NU IN ZIUA CONCURSULUI !
CRITERII DE JURIZARE:
a). Intonatie, claritate si calitate
timbrala, amplitudine vocala.
b)
Dictie ,ritm si emisie vocala .
c). Tinuta
adecvata varstei.(cu exceptia sectiunii ,,IDOLUL MEU”unde este necesara
costumatie similara cu cea a vedetei preferate- se vor alege videoclipuri
decente si in care in care vedeta nu este dezbracata )
d). Piesa
interpretata sa corespunda varstei ,atat ca text cat si ca dificultate.(cu
exceptia sectiunii „IDOLUL MEU” care este o sectiune de imitatie –deci se
accepta si piese pentru adulti ).
01 – Jurizarea va
avea loc cu nota la vedere; exceptie : o nota secreta, care va fi afisata dupa
premiere.
02 – Nota maxima
si nota minima se vor elimina.
03 – Juriul va fi
alcatuit numai din specialisti in muzica.
04 – Evolutia in concurs va fi in ordine alfabetica
dupa prenume !
05 – In cazul
in care doi sau mai multi concurenti au
acelasi punctaj ,juriul va vota castigatorul tinand cont in principal de
calitatea timbrala a vocii
concurentilor.
06) – concurentii
care interpreteaza intr-o limba straina vor fi jurizati si la pronuntie,dictie
etc.
07) –
nerespectarea regulamentului de catre concurenti sau membrii juriului ,are ca
efect eliminarea din concurs.
08) - daca dupa
scaderea notei minime si maxime , exista o diferenta mare de notare intre un
membru al juriului si ceilalti membrii nota va fi pusa in discutia intregului
juriu si se va pune nota presedintelui de juriu !
09) - Daca
mai mult de doua persoane membre in
juriu parasesc sala nejustificat ,spectacolul va fi oprit pana la
revenirea acestora.
Deciziile juriului
de preselecţie şi concurs sunt
irevocabile şi nu pot fi contestate.

Orice abatere de la obligaţiile enumerate,

Festival’s Purpose: selecting and promoting young talents in the
pop music industry; sensibility growth; promoting qualitative artistic
performance; competitive spirit, communication, and fair-play between the
participants stimulation.
Participants: the festival is welcoming all children and teenagers between
4 and 18+ years of age, from kinder-gardens,
schools, children’s clubs (state or private), from both Romania and foreign
countries.

Place: The National College of Arts ,,Dinu Lipati ''–
Bucharest, Principatele Unite Street, no. 64
Festival’s structure: (the participants - soloists or in duets, can
participate to more than one section). The duets will be placed in the category
based on the oldest age between the two singers.
01 -
Performing Section - Romanian Pop
- the participants will present a Romanian song, (with the exception of the Ethno-pop
songs that have a separate section), in keeping with their age, in vocal
performing, with accompaniment only on digital support.
02 -
Performing Section - International Pop
- the participants will present an
international song, in vocal performing, with accompaniment only on digital
support.
We do not admit synthetic accompaniment, guitars, drums or other types
of instruments.
Age groups: 4 - 6 years of age,
7 years of age, 8 years of age, 9 years of age, 10 years of age, 11 years of
age, 12 years of age, 13 years of age, 14 years of age , 15 - 18+ years of age.
Age groups may be modified taking into
consideration the number of the participants.
03 – ETHNO-POP Section (4 - 18+ years of age)
- can be divided into subgroups based on the number of the participants.
- in this section, the
participants can perform re-makes after Romanian or international
folklore songs.
04 – FOLKOR ORIGINAL MUSIC - Section (4 -
18+ years of age)
In this
section the participants can present
only original Romanian folklore music
.
05 – MY IDOL Section (imitating category – 4 - 18+ years of age) -
the participants will send a video with their favorite artist and with the melody they want to perform (the melody must
match the video).
While the participant sings the
melody, it’s video will be projected with a video-projector on a screen. The
jury will analyze the participant’s evolution relying on the jury criteria from
the performing section, and also taking into consideration the evolution of the
participant in comparison with the favorite star they chose, considering -
outfit, hair-style, scene presence etc.
06 - CREATION Section
(separate section from the performing one): here only songs composed in 2015
can participate - first audition or not. The chosen songs will be sent on the
contest’s e-mail: festivalspringstar@gmail.com,
accompanied by the author’s agreement (based on the agreement contract
attached). The participants’ songs will be pre-selected by a jury made of professional
musicians.
PARTICIPATION CRITERIA
PRE-SELECTION – WITHOUT PRE-SELECTION FEE !
All children who wish to
participate to the pre-selection
will send - until the date of 13.03.2017 (INCLUDED) - on the e-mail address: festivalspringstar@gmail.com, the following:
- the
registration paper, filled and signed with the pen (not electronically),
in which the chosen participation section must be mentioned. For each selected section,
a new
separate registration paper will be filled;
- a song
(positive & negative) - in MP3 format, and the matching video (for those
who wish to perform in the MY IDOL
section);
- a photo
in .jpeg/.jpg format (those who participated to our anterior contests in
2015, and do not wish to change their presentation
photo, can communicate us which of these
anterior contest they have sent this document to;
- copy of
the birth certificate (those who participated to our anterior contest in
2015 do not need to send again this copy - in the
registration paper they will mention which of these anterior contest they have
sent this document to;
The accepted
songs in the pre-selection process will be presented in the festival. We
do not
admit changing them during the contest. The negatives can contain baking vocals,
including vocal group.
CONTEST
The accepted participants in the contest will be announced by the
organization through e-mail.
After the selection confirmation e-mail, the participants will send the
contest’s participating fee.
After the payment of the fee, an
e-mail with the receipt copy or with the note “paid contest’s
fee for the participant .......” , with the receipt’s
date and number will be sent on the e-mail address festivalspringstar@gmail.com
The data
will be verified on the BCR’s extract.

! For the participants who do not present themselves at the contest
- no matter the reason -, the fee will not be returned !
Until the date of 06.04.2017,
the list with all the participants will be posted on www.cristianalivej.ro,
and on Facebook - Cristian Alivej.
The fee will be paid before the contest!
JURY CRITERIA
a). intonation, clarity and quality, vocal amplitude;
b). diction, rhythm and vocal emission;
c). age adapted outfit (with the exception of MY IDOL Section, where the
necessity of similar outfit with the favorite artist is required - decent
videos will be chosen, in which the star does not appear undressed);
d). the accordance between the chosen song and the participant’s age,
considering both text and difficulty (with the exception of MY IDOL Section,
which is an imitating section - therefore, adult songs are accepted).
01 - The
jury will take place with open-view marks, except for a single secret mark,
which will be revealed after the premiere.
02 - Both
minimum and maximum marks will be eliminated.
03 - The jury
will only contain music specialists.
04 - The
contest’s performing will be in alphabetical order, taking into consideration
the surname !
05 - In
the case of two or more than two participants gathering the same score, the
jury will name the winner based opon the participant’s vocal timbre quality.
06 - The
participants who perform in a foreign language will be juried also for pronunciation,
diction etc.
07 - The
manifestation of disrespect towards the contest’s rules, coming from the
participants or the members of the jury, will have as effect their elimination.
Jury’s pre-selection and contest decisions are irrevocable and cannot
be contested.

participant who has the higher score, and also the vote of the jury (in case of

RECEIVE LATER THEIR AWARDS !
THE
CONTEST’S OURFIT IS MANDATORY IN THE GALA !
Participants’ Obligations
(for both parents and children)
- to respect the contest’s rules;
- NOT to
damage the house’s goods, and to keep cleanliness – INCLUDING THE ANNEXED SPACES!
In case
of house or annexed spaces’ goods deterioration, the parent (guardian) will
stand the whole responsibility in order to compensate the owner for the
produced damage.
- to keep silence while the participants
perform;
- to keep the rooms offered for the
participants clean.
Any deviation from the anterior exposed
obligations will lead to the elimination from the contest, without the right of
appeal.

- to make sure that the
conditions for good proceeding of the contest are fulfilled;
- to ensure the awards, the jury,
the house, the sound, the lights, and also the commercial exposed on www.cristianalivej.ro.
