ASOCIATIA “CENTRUL DANIEL” BACĂU organizează în perioada 12 – 13 OCTOMBRIE 2018,   editia a VII-a  a Festivalului Internaţional de Muzică Uşoară pentru Copii şi Tineri “STEA Printre Stele”, Bacău, România.

Festivalul Internaţional de Muzică Uşoară pentru Copii şi Tineri “STEA Printre Stele” este un concurs de interpretare care îşi propune să contribuie la descoperirea, lansarea şi totodată valorizarea de tineri interpreti de muzică uşoară.

Concursul se va desfasura pe parcursul a două zile: vineri 12 octombrie şi sâmbătă  13 octombrie 2018.  

Gala de premiere şi petrecerea festivalului vor avea loc sâmbătă 13 octombrie 2018.

Termeni şi condiţii de participare:

1.   Copiii şi tinerii interpreţi sunt invitaţi să participe în competiţie la următoarele sectiuni:

A.    Interpretare - solişti vocali

Categoria I :  4 - 6 ani

Categoria a II-a  : 7 ani

Categoria a III-a : 8 ani

Categoria a IV-a : 9  ani

Categoria a V-a : 10 ani

Categoria a VI-a : 11 ani

Categoria a VII-a : 12 - 13 ani

Categoria a VIII-a : 14 - 15 ani

Categoria a IX - a : peste 16  ani  +

B.     Interpretare grupuri vocale

* pentru sectiunea A si B pot  fi prezentate melodii din repertoriul românesc şi internaţional.

C.    Sectiunea CENTENAR

Secțiune de muzică ușoară dedicată Centenarului – sunt acceptate doar melodii din repertoriul românesc  (melodiile se pot încadra în categoriile etno, etno-pop, muzică ușoară in limba română). Grupele de vârstă se vor  stabili in functie de numărul de concurenți înscriși in concurs.

Melodiile prezentate in cadrul festivalului trebuie sa fie live cu suport negativ orchestral, pe suport digital. Negativul orchestral poate conţine voci de susţinere (grup vocal) cu condiţia ca acestea să nu includă dublaje la linia vocală principală. Melodia trebuie  să exprime preocupările și aspirațiile copiilor.

Câştigătorii trofeelor ediţiei anterioare se pot înscrie în concurs doar dacă au schimbat categoria de vârstă.

Dacă la înscrierea în concurs pe aceeaşi categorie de vârstă vor exista piese care se repetă, concurenţilor respectivi li se va solicita să trimită  o a doua piesă.

Programul şi ordinea intrării în concurs pe zile vor fi stabilite de organizatori şi vor fi afişate în timp util pe blogul festivalului, pe pagina de Facebook a acestuia şi în fiecare zi la scenă.

Toţi participanţii vor avea ocazia să repete pe scenă, în ordinea sosirii la sală, cu respectarea programului  alocat repetitiilor. Timpul de repetiţie al fiecărui concurent nu poate depăşi 1 minut.

Toţi concurenţii şi ceilalţi deţinători de drepturi vor trebui să autorizeze folosirea fotografiilor şi a oricăror alte materiale audio şi video făcute la repetiţii, concurs, gala de premiere şi în culise, pentru site-ul oficial al festivalului sau a oricărui alt produs realizat de Asociaţia noastră.

INSCRIEREA PARTICIPANTILOR IN FESTIVALUL CONCURS

Fiecare concurent va trimite până la data de 28 septembrie 2018 pe adresa steaprintrestele@gmail.com  (ATENTIE: NU mai este valabila adresa de pe yahoo),  următoarele materiale :

a)      Fişa de înscriere

b)      Copie certificat de naştere

c)      o fotografie prim plan format ( jpg )

d)     negativul piesei pe care o vor interpreta în concurs

e)      acordul compozitorului / declaraţia pe proprie răspundere (în lipsa acordului)

f)       copie după chitanţa cu donaţie festival / concurs în valoare de 200 RON la secţiunea individual /  

       Centenar  şi  250 RON la categoria  grupuri;

Ø Donatia trebuie depusă în contul  RO82RNCB0026030907950001  deschis la BCR Bacău – Asociaţia  

   “CENTRUL DANIEL" - AFJ,  până la data de 28 septembrie 2018,  menţionând numele   

    concurentului şi “donaţie festival”;

Ø cei care nu achită donaţia până la data stabilită vor fi descalificaţi.

Ø Donaţia şi materialele expediate nu sunt rambursabile.

Listele cu copiii / tinerii admişi în concurs vor fi afişate până la data de 5 octombrie 2018  pe blogul festivalului http://steaprintrestele.blogspot.ro/ şi pe pagina de Facebook    https://www.facebook.com/steaprintrestele/. 

JURIZAREA

Ca în fiecare an, ne bucurăm să avem alături de noi un juriu format din profesionişti, oameni de marcă care au avut întotdeauna un cuvânt de spus în viaţa muzicală românească. Deciziile juriului de concurs sunt irevocabile şi nu pot fi contestate.

Clasamentul reprezintă ordinea ierarhică a notelor acordate de juriu participantilor astfel: se va calcula media aritmetică a notelor obţinute, după eliminarea a două note (cea mai mică  şi cea mai mare).

Juriul îşi rezervă dreptul de a nu acorda sau de a redistribui premiile.

Ţinuta de gală este obligatorie în cadrul festivităţii de premiere.

Concurenţii se vor prezenta în ţinuta cu care au evoluat în cadrul festivalului.

Premiile acordate:

Trofeul festivalului “STEA Printe Stele” – trofeu, diplomă şi premiu în bani

Trofeul Junior - un trofeu, diploma şi premiu în bani

 (categoriile I, II, III, IV, V, VI, inclusiv grupuri si Centenar)

Trofeul Adolescent - un trofeu, diploma şi premiu în bani

(categoriile VII, VIII, IX inclusiv grupuri si Centenar)

*Pentru fiecare sectiune  se vor acordă Trofeul Categoriei, Premiile I, II şi III precum şi Menţiuni.

 Se vor acorda trofeu, diplomă şi premii în bani.

Se pot acorda şi premii speciale în funcție de opţiunile presei, posturilor de televiziune și radio sau organizațiilor de profil, susţinute de sponsori.

Dispoziţii finale:

a.       Toti participanţii vor semna o declaraţie prin care confirmă faptul că au citit termenii şi condiţiile de organizare a festivalului şi se obligă să respecte prevederile regulamentului pe întreaga durată a festivalului.

b.      Atât concurenţii, cât şi însoţitorii acestora trebuie să aibă un comportament decent, să nu provoace daune, să respecte toate prevederile prezentului regulament;

c.       Încălcarea regulamentului conduce la eliminarea din concurs.

THE INTERNATIONAL POP MUSIC FESTIVAL FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNGSTERS

 “STAR Among Stars”

Bacău, 7-th edition, Romania 2018

 “CENTRUL DANIEL” ASSOCIATION BACĂU launches the 7^th edition of The International Pop Music Festival For Children ’’STAR Among Stars’’ Bacău, Romania.                                                          The festival will be held between October 12 to 13.

The festival is an interpretation contest which intends to discover and launch children and young pop music interpreters.

The contest will be held during 2 days: Friday October 12 and Saturday October 13, 2018.

The Gala Awards and the Festival’s party will be held on Saturday 13 2018.

Terms and conditions of participation 

Children and young interpreters are invited to take part in competition in the following sections:

A.    Interpretation - Singers

1^st Category :  4 - 6 years

2^nd Category  : 7 years

3^rd Category : 8 years

4^th Category: 9  years

5^th Category: 10 years

6^th Category: 11 years

7^th Category: 12 - 13 years

8^th Category: 14 - 15 years

9^th Category: over 16  years

B.     Interpretation - Vocal groups

* for sections A and B songs from the Romanian and international repertoire can be presented.

C.    The Centenary section

Pop music dedicated to the Centenary – only songs from the Romanian repertoire are accepted (the songs can be categorized as ethno, ethno-pop, pop music in Romanian). Grupele de vârstă se vor  stabili in functie de numărul de concurenți înscriși in concurs. Age groups will be based on the number of competitors enrolled in the contest.

The songs presented during the festival must be live with recorded orchestral backing-track, on digital support. The orchestral backing-track (negative) may contain backing vocals (vocal groups) as long as they don’t include main vocal line dubbing. The song must express the children’s concerns and aspirations.

The prize winners of previous edition may join the competition only if they changed the age category.

If at enrollment in the competition there will be songs that repeat on the same age category, those contestants will be asked to send a second song!

The program and the order of entering the contest will be set by the organizers and will be posted online in time on the festival’s blog and on its Facebook page and also each day on the stage. All participants will be allowed to rehearse on stage in their order of arrival according to the program displayed. The rehearsal time of each interpreter can’t exceed 1 minute.

All competitors and other rights holders will have to authorize the using of photos and any other audio and video materials taken during rehearsals, competition, gala premieres and backstage for the official website of the festival. This rule applies to any other product made by our Association.

FESTIVAL  ENROLLMENT

Each competitor will send until September 28 2018 on steaprintrestele@gmail.com (ATTENTION: the yahoo email address IS NO LONGER available), the following documents :

a) application form
b) copy of birth certificate
c) 1 forefront photo (. jpg )

d) the negative of the song that will be interpreted during the festival

e) composer’s agreement/solemn declaration (in absence of agreement);

f) copy of the donation receipt for the festival worth 200 RON  at the individual / Centenary section and 250 RON at the  group section;

This donation must be deposited in the account RO82RNCB0026030907950001 opened at BCR Bacau – Asociaţia “CENTRUL DANIEL”  up to September 28 2018 mentioning “festival donation” and “competitor’s name”. Those who do not pay until the deadline will be disqualified. The donation and the documents are not refundable.

Lists of children / youngsters admitted to the competition will be displayed until October 5 2018 on the festival’s blog (http://steaprintrestele.blogspot.ro/) and on the Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/steaprintrestele/).    

JUDGING

Like every year, we are happy to have with us a jury of professionals, which have always had a statement in Romanian musical life.  The jury decisions are irrevocable and can not be appealed.

Ranking represents the hierarchy of grades awarded to the participants by the jury, this way: the jury will calculate the average of grades obtained after the removal of two (the highest grade and the lowest grade). The jury reserves the right to not grant or to redistribute the prizes. 

The gala dress code is mandatory for the award ceremony.

Competitors will wear the outfit they performed in during the festival.

*For each section there will be awarded The Category Trophy - 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd Place Winners  and Mentions. It will be given a trophy, a diploma and a prize money. And special awards may be granted depending on options of the press, television and radio or similar organizations, supported by sponsors.

Final Disposition:

a. All participants will sign a statement that confirms the fact that they have read the terms and conditions for the festival’s organizing and that they comply with the regulation during the entire festival.

b. Both competitors and their attendants must have a decent behavior, be careful not to harm or make damages, and to comply with all the stipulations of the Regulations.

c.  Breaking the Regulations  results in elimination from the competition.
